Flowers are perishable items, sensitive to excessive heat, direct sunlight and lack of water, and various other conditions. Please note that Hilltop Flower Co. only guarantees hydration and preservation while the flowers are in our care. We are not liable for any damage or wilt resulting from transportation, handling, or environmental conditions following pick-up.

That’s totally up to you! We do not require that vases, packaging materials, or florals be returned to us. However, if you’d like to return them, we’re more than happy to take them. Other options include drying them in silica, pressing them, casting them in resin, or composting them.
