Dannie Wright is the Head Florist and Co-owner of Hilltop Flower Co. A professionally trained horticulturist who worked in public horticulture for seven years—most notably as a full-time horticulturist at both Winterthur and Longwood Gardens—Dannie combines a passion for flowers, a disciplined eye, and a depth of knowledge in the art of farming and growing flowers to create beautiful floral arrangements. Dannie worked as a professional artist in Atlanta before entering the world of flowers, and this exposure to fine art and the foundations of good design was integral to developing Hilltop’s signature style of floral artistry.

Amanda Burtka is the Creative Director and Co-owner of Hilltop Flower Co. Her background includes years of experience as a graphic designer, copywriter, editor, and director of design, communications, and marketing for nonprofits, film and media production houses, and businesses of all sizes. In addition, Amanda is an experienced e-commerce web designer and social media brand and marketing manager. In 2021, Amanda helped Dannie create bouquets for their first-ever Farmers’ Market and quickly fell in love with the world of floristry and fine flowers. She leads all brand, marketing, and operations efforts for Hilltop Flower Co.
